About OpsMx

OpsMx provides an AI security remediation platform for identifying, prioritizing, and remediating risk across code, software delivery, Kubernetes, cloud, and runtime environments.

The company needed a more consistent way to reach senior engineering, DevSecOps, application-security, vulnerability-management, and information-security decision-makers through LinkedIn.

The Challenge

Before the engagement, LinkedIn outreach was producing approximately zero to one qualified meeting per week. Scaling the work manually required substantial time, and the team needed greater consistency across ideal-customer-profile selection, prospect research, messaging, campaign execution, follow-up, and appointment generation.

“When we started, one of our key challenges was generating a consistent flow of qualified meetings with the right Ideal Customer Profiles. Our outreach efforts were yielding barely 0–1 meetings per week.”

Shashank Srivastava, Country Director, OpsMx

The Outreach System

1. Refine the ICP

Identify relevant buyer groups, decision-makers, industries, locations, and seniority levels for each campaign.

2. Segment Campaigns

Build dedicated campaigns for CTOs, CISOs, engineering leaders, AppSec leaders, vulnerability-management leaders, and BFSI security buyers.

3. Manage Sequences

Configure structured outreach and follow-up while keeping human review available for important decisions and conversation handling.

4. Optimize Continuously

Review acceptance, reply quality, outcomes, response timing, meeting-link usage, and campaign-level performance to improve the system.
